The process of overlaying the client requirements onto the floor plan; effecting changes in wall placement, windows and openings as required to increase function and use of the spaces.

REMODELS

Nancy Henry Interiors teams with other construction professionals to remodel one room or your entire house with extensive experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, fireplaces, finishes & furnishings.

ADDITIONS

Nancy Henry Interiors routinely provides construction documents for all types of room additions, expansions, porches, and garages; working with other construction professionals through completion.

FINISHES & FURNISHINGS

The cohesive selection of architectural elements, lighting, surface treatments, window coverings, floor coverings, furniture, artwork and accessories compatible with the client's style.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Nancy Henry Interiors works with the client's architect and builder to coordinate the client's choices for finishes and furnishings in accordance with the Build Schedule.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

The organization & implementation of the Budget, Construction Documents, Project Manual & Specifications Guide, and Build Schedule for the successful completion of the client's project.
